Agile Games are more and more used… What do we mean by Agile Games ?
An Agile Game is a game that you can play with a team. Usually the game has quite simple rules. The interactions between players during the game give you a great learning experience.
It is related to Serious Gaming. It’s quite simple. The Human Being learn very well when he plays. More and more games are used in companies, during trainings, during coaching sessions… to learn and experience.

My presentation is “How can Star Wars can help you to improve your Agile Team Management”.
You can be manager, scrum master, coach, team member etc… There will always be a moment when someone will give you a task or ask you a status. We will have to communicate.
Here comes the leadership styles (or management styles). We will see each one of them, and we will see how they can help us in our team spirit. We will see which style to use in which situation.

You’re facing a problem ? Having some (many) constraints ? Good for you ! You have the opportunity to be creative. Before that there is for sure a mandatory step. On my actual project I’m in the “Scope Definition” step. My difficulties are: I have a lot of stakeholders and a lot of input documents. And neither my documents, neither my stakeholders speak the same “language”. I mean vocabulary is always different.
On May 31th and June 1st, the French Agile Conference will take place in Paris. This Conference is formerly known as XP Days France.
I will be honoured to give a keynote named “Agile and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) The eyes, ears and feelings…“
A few words about this keynote: NLP is a new and “young” branch of psychology. NLP became famous because some Tv Series like CSI or The Mentalist speaks of it.
Far of the myths within those episodes, NLP is really a box of tools which will help you to succeed in your (Agile) Projects.
March 19, I was in Toulouse France for the Agile SigmaT13 conference. Goal of SigmaT is to develop an Agile community in the “South-West” part of France. To do so, they make different actions, promotion meetings and conferences.
This conference was indeed a very nice experience for me.
14.30 I arrived at the university of Toulouse. My mission find my contact Claude Aubry. Claude was there, show me the place and invite me to meet the IceScrum Team.
